Destination Bukovina

The Bukovina is a historical landscape, which stretches from the Chernivtsi Region (Ukraine) in the North to the Suceava Region (Romania) in the South. Due to its geographical situation, the region has an outstanding multicultural and multilingual tradition and history.

The most significant sights are the Romanian-Orthodox Monasteries built in the 15th and 16th century and listed as the World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. With their painted exterior wall frescoes that are considered masterpieces of Byzantine art, these seven churches are absolutely unique in Europe.

Nowadays the Bukovina is an upcoming business location, not only due to the close relationship to the Ukraine. International woodworking industries as well as manufacturing companies are already located in the Bukovina.

You can not talk about Bukovina, you have to see it!

No matter whether you are on a business trip or on holiday, The Gerald’s Hotel is the most appropriate starting point for your activities.
