able to work as a team player but has also initiative for independent activities in the benefit of the company
availability for national and international trips
a spirit of communication is essential
can face the stress and is ready for a flexible working time
is working easily with the other departments of the hotel
RESPONSABILITIES / BENEFITS:
innitiate new contracts and maintain the relationship with the corporate customers
keeps the record of the travel agents orders and follows up the developing of the event up to invoicing
takes part to tourism fares
keeps the record of the accomodation invoices
is contilually updating the customers data base
the salary is above the average within the field
